« Blond d’Aquitaine » agricultural curtain
Particularly suitable for making large doors and closing off the long side, the Blonde d’Aquitaine curtain is valued for its opening speed and closing width. It is designed for weekly, or even daily use.
Its three-phase motor allows it to roll curtains up to 80 ml in width or 8 metres high. Its winding tube in the central portion accepts free spans of 6 ml; optionally, it can close off free spans of 10 ml by replacing the Ø 78 mm grooved tube with a Ø 102 mm, 2 mm thick tube.
The central winding tube makes it possible to double the opening speed compared to the Gascon curtain. Its BOX industrial motor is mounted on a sliding support located at one end of the curtain. This motor support is equipped with high-density Teflon rings allowing the curtain to be guided by two vertical Ø 48.3 x 2.9. mm galvanised steel tubes.
To ensure good wind resistance, it’s equipped with Ø 50 mm vertical tubes making it possible to place the winding tubes and ballast against the posts. These tubes are supplemented by a storm plus system with a centralised manual lock that makes it possible to lock the ballast tube along the entire length.
